It was observed that even though user did not execute the transaction 'ZPO_DATECHG', Jeff is notified with the termination error of the Job 'PO_DELIVERY_CHANGE'.
1. These mails are generating with result to the background job ‘Z_BASISJOBMONITOR’ which is running by Capgemini

2. There were no entries in Table TBTCO with Job Name 'PO_DELIVERY_CHANGE' and status 'A' on 03/20/2016 but still Capgemini Sending notifications as job Failed.

Resolution

Suggested NEC to ask Capgemini - how are they triggering the mails even there though there was no entry existed in table 'TBTCO'.
